+ -1 moreI was told that they could fix it but he had to talk to his supervisor first, but never got a call back. Then I called back again 4 days later and was told that they were just "getting ready tot call me" and it would be $75 for the trip and the repair would be a sepearte price,and then would call me back again. Up to this point I still have NOT heard back. There have very poor cus svc. and very poor follow up and they flat out lied to me. I wouldn't dare recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I tried to reach Play It Again to repair my bow flex treadmill machine.
