Aaron never made the appointment, he never called to notify that he had an emergency call. He never responded to my text and when he did finally locate it he mentioned it was in some folder. After locating my text he then asked me what I wanted done. I find him very unorganized and discourteous. If he were organized the appointment would be on the books and a call could have been made by him or someone else in the company. How can you trust a good job from someone who can't keep track of his own schedule.
