WHEN HE SAW ME STRUGGLING, THE CLERK CAME OUT TO MY PARKING SPOT IN FRONT OF THE STORE WINDOW AND HELPED CARRY MY COMPUTER INTO THE STORE. MY FILES WEREN'T FOUND AND I WAS NOT CHARGED FOR THE LABOR. MR. THAI WENT OVER HOW HE HAD SEARCHED AND I FELT CONFIDENT THAT ALL WAS DONE FOR MY CAUSE. SUBSEQUENTLY, I TOOK MY LAPTOP THERE AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE INEXPENSIVE CHARGE TO RID IT OF A VIRUS. IT WAS LESS THAN A HUNDRED DOLLARS.
