I spent 1400.00 on two undersized bouquets one ridiculously large flower girl bouquet and some rental lanterns and pomanders as well as the two alter bouquets, which those priced out at 39.99 each, so basically I got 80.00 of my order correct. I went in to speak with Christine the owner the Tuesday after (at first they refused to see me at all!) She and her staff were ready for a fight which I didn't want. I calmly repeated over and over what went wrong and they tried to blame me, my church, my reception venue and to top it off Christine and her employees told me that my wedding coordinator at my reception venue talked major trash about me. I was well aware that was not true yet spoke to her manager. He arranged a sit down between Christine and his venue coordinator and himself. While I don't know the final outcome, I was told that they would cease doing business with her since she said such bad things about their coordinator. Christine admitted fault to the pew flowers and refunded 210.00
