Michelle did a great job marketing our home. She retained a photographer who really captured the beauty of the home. The best of those photos were used to create a first class brochure that was available to anyone passing by the property. Michelle also created a website specific to the property that included a video presentation. This was followed up with agressive marketing, including at least three open house days. We closed on a sale of the property approximately two months after listing it, realizing a sales price that was much higher than other real estate agents thought we could obtain.
