Field staff were timely and professional. Otherwise, they lied and didn't follow through. They can't be trusted. When we signed the contract, they took my c.c. info and guaranteed the card would not be charged until the project was complete which would be when the finall inspection is complete. They lied. My HVAC unit was replaced and inorder to get the final inspection approval a system pressure test is required (HERS). The HERS was jan 4 but the card was charged back on Dec 28 and, as of this posting, a final inspection has not been sheculed. EWhen i called to correct the situation, Office staff kept saying I can call when I'm ready. "I'm ready"!! Two things about that, I'm paying for the permit process per agreement and, as home owner, someone would have to call and tell me the project is complete. I went through a Home Warranty Co who found Indooe Comfort Services (ICS). ICS must need to work kthrough a warranty co. in order to get work.. I would never recommend them.

I hate to leave bad reviews because everyone has an off day but be very much advised to NEVER use this company. They were sent out to my home by my home warranty company to find out why my A/C unit went out. After two weeks of my own work, finally they replaced the compressor in my unit. No one knew what was going on, employees took calls from home, files couldn't be located, the whole thing almost made me question if this was a real business. The tech didn't explain things, didn't document properly, this is a very much non-document company. BEWARE. The office staff had no idea how to document or work with the home warranty company. Basically I did all the work and was the intermediary between the home warranty company and Indoor Comfort. They came out to replace the compressor and magically I now owe them an additional $200+ out of my pocket for "modifications". After 6 months, my unit is out again. This a guy named Carmelo tells me he bought the company and we should give him another chance because things have changed. The home warranty company sends them out again and the same tech shows up that replaced the compressor. He tells me that Carmelo didn't buy the company and rolled his eyes. Again, I have to directly ask him why exactly the unit was out again. He says it's low on freon. He doesn't have any on the truck so they have to come out the next day. Next day arrives and he says there are leaks, the evaporator coil is bad, etc. I just cannot understand why the ENTIRE system wasn't checked when we went through this less than a year ago. My home warranty company just called me and says that Indoor Comfort wants $1800 out of my pocket PLUS what the warranty company covers. They said that didn't sound right at all and was extremely high. So perhaps the warranty company has finally learned, like I did, that this company is a very questionable organization. The one thing that stays consistent with Indoor Comfort is the almost consistent and persistent concern of not getting paid. They say the warranty companies don't pay. They want your payment immediately. RED FLAGS. I have replaced A/C units to include the air handler so I at least have an idea of how this process should go. I've also worked in construction for many years. There is definitely something going on here at this business. When there are always "modification" charges no one can explain, techs that can't explain nor properly document their work, high office staff turnover, no one works from an office ... these are all huge red flags. I hate to think how many customers have been taken advantage of by Indoor Comfort. Please don't let yourself be one of them.

We had a heat wave at the time so they were out right away for the service. The service was fine and they serviced the air conditioner unit.

Dan showed up on time. He had all his equipment with him and protective boots on when I answered the door. He went right to work and cleaned the furnace and checked that the pilot light was on and that the furnace would light and turn on. He cleaned up after himself and picked up some debris out of the attic left by a roofing contractor. He made a recommendation that I might think about replacing the 26 year old duct work at sometime in the future because of improvements in quality materials that would save money in the long run.

Insurance paid for the entire cost and the company worked directly with them so I didn't have to be involved. They were wonderful! They even gave me smaller A/C unit for the house while the main unit was being replaced.

They came on the day that was scheduled at the time they said they would. They removed the old system within a day and a half and installed the new system the next day. They had to do some modifications because the old system was not exactly installed with the correct exhaust pipe. After completion the installer went over the instructions on how to use the system. As of this moment we have been very pleased with their service.

They were excellent. They are timely, call you ahead of time, are thorough, and if I want something extra done, they accommodate me. They have helped us with our gas fireplace as well. We have a maintenance contract with them for 3 years.

We've had Indoor Comfort out to our home, numerous times in 2012 to service an 18 yr old HVAC system. I couldn't be happier with Indoor Comfort. They are friendly, professional and go the extra mile to create a long time customer, which they have in done with me and my family. The first technician, Matt was friendly and explained that our system needed to be replaced without a hard sell. He made himself available after he left our home for more inquiries. Frank, the owner of the company even came out after work hours at 7:30p on a Wed. evening to explain how a new system would benefit us. He answered all my questions with patience and even if I had another question that was similar; had no problems explaining it again. Each tech that came out, used booties over their workboots which also tells me they care about their customers and always explained how they fixed the issue that I called about.
I have not yet installed a new system, but plan to call them when I do. I highly recommend Indoor Comfort Services.

The overall project went excellently and was fairly stress-free for me once we came to a deal and they began their work of taking out the old system and installing the new one. They put on paper booties over their shoes each time the walked into my house they vacuumed up after themselves and preformed a very clean install project and worked efficiently. I was and am very happy with this company.

The job went great. They are definitely excellent. They fixed my heater in the past and that was excellent also. I keep calling them because they are here straight out and everything is excellent.
