Called and said he could come earlier than previously planned, worked out perfectly.  Had all the materials in his truck, laid down drop clothes and protected everything while he changed the locks.  In one instance, he had to change out all the internals to make it work.
He was very personable and friendly to talk with.  He is retired and does this to keep busy.  Excellent work ethic and a quality job.

He was punctual and meticulous and paid close attention to details such as protecting floors and rugs in the work area.  His van is a mobile work shop and I found it fascinating to watch a craftsman at work.  All locks are now in working order and only 2 keys are necessary to open the 4 locks.  He also lubricated all of the other associated hardware.

It really turned out to be a very pleasant experience that I really was not expecting and had put off getting my house "rekeyed" to one key for all the doors for so long thinking that the cost would have been much more.  The man seems to be a very forthright and trusted person. He is an asset to have on your list.

Efren showed up exactly when he said he would, charged exactly what he said he would charge and cleaned up after himself. This is what I expect out of a service provider.He knew what he was doing, and even was able to fix a sticky lock.I would recommend Home Lock to anyone that needs a home locksmith service. 

I contacted 2 other locksmiths, one which was rude and could of cared less.
The second simply did not contact me in time.  My third contact was Home Keys.
I had left a message and in a short time Efren returned my call.  He listened to my
request/concerns and made me feel very comfortable.  He made himself available
to presite and complete all work as requested the next day.  Efren is a very polite,
courteous professional person.  He arrived exactly when he said he would and took
the time to keep the work areas clean.  When the job was finished he told me not
to hesitate to call him if I had any questions, concerns, or problems.  I would
 absolutely recommend Home Keys.  Efrens the MAN.............

I wanted the locks changed in my house. I called around for estimates and they seemed like a lot of money. Home Keys gave me the best price and is in the BBB so I know I can trust them. Efren, the owner,  was very nice and was there at exactly when he said he would be. He did a great job, even telling me what I "didn't" need, saving me money. And he was neat and clean. It was raining that day but he had covers for his shoes and drop cloths. I would definitely use him again...and recommend him to friends.
