Overall very pleased. Steve gave us an estimate over the phone, said he could be out to the house Friday morning at eight, and he arrived right on time. The two chandeliers he took care of quickly. The two light fixtures in the bathroom were a little more difficult (the builder left quite a mess under the old fixture), but Steve installed them perfectly. The sconces took quite a while going back and forth into the attic and fishing the wires to the right spot...but they look great.
