concrete repair
 + -1 moreThis person contracts with the Citrus Heights Water District, so we have not had to pay. We're guessing at the cost to the Water District. The Water District damaged our property while searching for the water line to install a water meter. The water line was found elsewhere. They sent this contractor to ''return our property to its original condition'' according to our verbal agreement. This contractor made recommendations for the final coloration and then he sneers, ''we never had a conversation about final color''. Water District Board of Directors finally told us to hire a contractor to finish the job and they would reimburse us. Recommend that anyone being forced to use this contractor get everything in writing with copies to the project superintendent at the Water District and to the Board of Directors of the Water District.
Description of Work: Stamped damaged portion of driveway in a base color and then did not complete the job with the final coloration to blend with the rest of the driveway. Would not put aggregate in stamp to match the rest of the driveway, saying ''no one does aggregate any more''. He makes recommendations that we agreed on, then says ''we never had that conversation''.
