CUSTOM WOOD FLOORING

I found Custom Wood Flooring on Angie's List and gave them a call because of their review and affordable pricing. John, the owner, responded very quickly, coming out the next day to give us an estimate. Our estimate was a little lower over the phone than when he put it in writing, because we had custom floors that needed repair work in different areas. When a math mistake was found, he was quick to correct it. He started work a few days later, coming on time each day. Before John finished in the living room, we asked him to also do the master bedroom, which he gladly agreed to. The additional money we spent was well worth it. John is very enthusiastic about returning floors to their natural beauty and he was confident he could make our floors beautiful. He did not promise perfection due to the shape they were in, but he did promise that we would love them. He was right! We can't even tell where he made the repairs; it all blends in perfectly and the finish is gorgeous!

IT ONLY TOOK THEM THREE DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THE FLOORS LOOKED ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. THEY CLEANED THE FLOORS WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB.
