I hired the company two and a half years ago to do weekly maintenance on my lawn and occasional pruning and tree trimming. At first they did a good job, but after awhile they started missing weeks in addition to their vacation times that we agreed on. I also had to ask them to do jobs that were supposed to be included in their service. Finally I started deducting pay for the weeks they missed, and they quit.
