Everything went extremely well. Given that I had a foreclosure and bankruptcy on my credit report, I had almost given up on finding someone to help me, but Benjamin and his team really worked hard to find me a terrific loan with a great rate. They worked closely with my realtor and I, always answering questions and keeping us up to date.
Don, a member of Ben's team, even helped me find an insurance company to cover my future home.
Given that I live in Los Banos, I really appreciated the fact that I could send them supporting documents electronically, instead of trying to get down to their office in Citrus Heights.
Throughout the entire process Ben and his team were professional, polite and completed things in a timely manner.
I would gladly work with Ben and his team again.
