I called John and when I explained the problems with the system he told me he could come by the same day, which was very awesome that he was able to do that. He showed up on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem, replace the part, and have the system blowing cold air again in no time. Super friendly and awesome service, thank you! John and his team did a great job.  When my AC initially stopped working he showed up the following morning to assess the situation.  I had waited over three days for a competitor to come out and tell me I needed a new system, so I was impressed with his promptness.  He took a look at what I had and provided some reasonable options for what I needed.  He provided pros/cons of different types of systems.  He also helped me with the financing.  I had to complete the paperwork, but after that, he took care of all of the paperwork.  As soon as my loan was qualified, he came to my house with his team and they installed the system over a couple of days and it works great.  The city inspector came out and signed off on all the work.

They were not only professional and thorough with the installation, but they went the extra mile to ensure all inspections were passed and signed off in a timely fashion. They even provided a complete set of paperwork, ready for submission for rebates. On top of that, their pricing was highly competitive for the system quoted. They also provided a range of options.
