There was complete transparency in describing the work to be done and the price. The owner himself did some of the work. The assistant seemed very eager to do his job. Both the owner and the assistant worked very hard and finished the project on time as promised. As indicated in the rating above, the work was done very well.

Stained an exterior front door that was rather weathered. Didn't sand enough, so had to call them back to fix cause the stain was literally peeling off the door. They came back and restained. It's is peeling again and I have now had to hire another company to some and start the job from scratch. Very unhappy customer.

"I tried to accommodate this customer, with a return trip to try and fix the issue. The door was sanded the first time, and sanded the second time with both hand sanding and a machine palm sander. Something in the wood of the door keeps the stain and varnish from penetrating. If giving the opportunity, I would have suggested to prime and paint the door to correct the faulty material (for free)!"
