The company showed up on schedule and did an excellent job on the installation. Why the installation took longer than expected, there was not an up-charge. The new windows look great and work well. The installers cleaned up well and there was not a mess.
I was expecting a rebate from the manufacturer and when it was slow in coming I contacted the salesman. He contacted Millgard and made sure the rebate was sent.

American Energy Savers showed up on schedule and completed the work on time even though it proved to be more difficult than they expected. All window installations were finished professionally and when we power washed the house before painting none of the windows leaked at all. When there was some difficulty in getting the manufacturer's rebate, the company stepped in and rectified the situation. I would highly recommend them.
