They sprayed for ants and they sprayed all around the perimeter of the house and the yard. He sends me flayers with specials and I take advantage of that. He tells me in advance what he is going to do and where he is going to do it.

We've used them for about 13 years and we're happy with them! They're very punctual, polite, informative, and detailed in explaining their services. I've specifically asked if their spray is harmful to our lungs, and they said it was not. There's been one or two slight stains on the carpet, but overall, they're very good. I've tried other competitors to see how they add up and I think we'll end up staying with Alta Sierra Pest Control.

Alta Sierra Pest Control were very very good. They came out a couple times and we decided to hold off and they were very flexible with out contract. They were punctual. They are very flexible, they are easy to deal with. Their price was very reasonable.

Cheryl answered my phone call and was very knowledgeable about how to deal with the problem, describing in detail what they do and why it is effective, and what to expect. In contrast, I called a few other places and the person answering the phone was not sure about their service and could not answer my questions. They were VERY RESPONSIVE as I asked if they could do same day service (heading out of town for the holidays) and Ray was able to fit me in and get the traps placed same day. Ray was very professional and friendly and showed up right on time as scheduled. Will need to monitor for the next few weeks to see how effective the service is at addressing the rat problem, but they get a big and quot;Aand quot; for responsiveness and their knowledge of the topic (and apparent experience) give me confidence that the rats will be banished soon. Would definitely recommend.

The owner, Ray, arrived promptly as scheduled. He informed me, that the agreed to price would include not only my garage, but the interior of my home, as well as the exterior of the property. A pleasant surprise! Ray explained the service and guarantee of the job very well, and performed the task quickly and effeciently. A gentleman with a pleasing smile, a pleasant personality and a company he can be proud of ... look no further!

Ray is friendly and came within the time frame I was given. His wife who picked up the phone when I called and took the order was also friendly and professional. He did a good job and explain what he did. Overall experience has been great. I wait for about a week to give review because my past experiences with other firms. It has been a week since Ray did the job, and I happily recommend his firm. This is the first firm from Angie List that I have a great experience.

Our standard pricing is calculated on the amount of resources that we must expend to provide the level of service that we promise. Location was the biggest factor in the price of your service. Although the scope of the service was standard, the location of your property demanded additional fuel and time to reach than the standard. The additional that you were charged actually paid for the extra expense of travel that we do not calculate into our standard pricing. I contacted Sierra Pest Control to spray some tress for an aphid infestation problem.Not a lot of pest control companies do tree spraying, so I was glad one that did.The receptionist was knowledgeable. She did have to contact me back to setup an appointment, but she did so with in a couple of hours. They were able to schedule it for the next day, conveniently in the morning before I went to work. The technician showed up on time, and was professional and knowledgeable. I originally was only going to get one tree sprayed, but he pointed out infestations on other trees on the property, and did them as well for an extra $15.
It was fast, and extremely well priced. I plan on doing business with them in the future.
