I was referred to Alliance Mortgage and Marketing by my Realtor after experiencing disappointment with a huge company that is now experiencing major difficulties. Sue Frost agreed to start from scratch and get me pre-qualified very quickly and even helped me secure some down payment assistance programs that I wasn't previously aware of, which was a lifesaver considering the instability of some of these programs in the current market. We were under some strict time constraints on a couple of occasions and Sue was right on top of things, making sure that we got some documentation in under the wire. I always felt that I was the only client that she had, even though I know otherwise. Sue always explains everything and confirmed that I understood without loosing me in industry jargon. I closed on my house this week after looking for several months and having a couple of deals pulled out from under me that my Realtor and I thought were going to work out. Sue stuck it out with me and made sure that everything was up to date so that when that perfect deal happened we were able to jump on things without any additional hurdles. I feel that I've not only found my mortgage broker for life, but that I will enthusiastically refer friends and relatives to her without any hesitation. As important, I've made a good friend that I'll have for life.
