Steer clear of this company. I had them out to unclog the washing machine drain, the guy told me the line runs to the kitchen then to the main line. He ran his snake from the kitchen towards the main and kept telling me the line was really clogged up but spent extra time on it, then told me run the garden hose through the washer drain to push anything through that was missed. Did that after he left and what do you know, still clogged! They sure cashed that $225 check fast! Called them back and got the same runaround from the plumber saying how badly clogged the pipe was. How did he know, never ran a camera through to see. Kept telling me the line needs to be replaced which requires jack hammering the floor. Has he ever heard of drain relining??? They were just trying to get me to spend $2k to replace the P-trap. Ugh what a terrible company! Stay away!

"It’s sad to see this review. The drain pipes coming from your washer are small. 1 1/4”. The newer washers these days expel more water than some of these smaller pipes can accept. On the invoice our plumber quoted you: 1) $425 to temporarily repair the trap to upsize it. 2) $975 to remove Sani-Tee and install a 2” line to accommodate the discharge of water coming out of washer. There is no quote on the invoice for $2,000. We cleared the line, we ran a hose through it and it drained properly while we were there. Again, our apologies for your dissatisfaction. We did all that we could at the time and it was flowing when we left."

The service was ok. It will be helpful if the technician wouldn’t smoke before entering a home. Also I don’t think I will hire them again because they are expensive.

"I am actually very surprised by this review. You called us and scheduled an appointment. We came out Friday and provided you with a Free written estimate. We didn’t call you or bother you again. You called us back on Monday wanting to schedule an appointment to have the work done. We came out and performed the work you requested at the price that was quoted. You could’ve had the work done by any other plumber that gave you a lower price (if any). You never even questioned the price. I’m not a smoker either but I can’t tell people (plumbers) that they can no longer smoke. Not much I can do about that. My apologies."

THEY WERE PROMPT. IT TOOK A FEW DAYS TO DO THE JOB. THE PRICE SHOULD GO DOWN A WHOLE LOT. THEY DUG A BIG HOLE IN THE YARD AND DID NOT FILL IT IN WHEN THEY FINISHED THE JOB. I DON'T THINK I'LL EVER HIRE THEM AGAIN.

"Reviewing our records I found NO record of any work being done for [ member's name removed]. I see no Invoice or funds for any job on or around the date of 04/27. Just noticed that year. Was this work actually done in 2006? That has been 7 years ago. I can look back that far if needed but I would've hoped that if this was left undone that a phone call so the office would've fixed that issue immediately. 7 years is a long time."
