We paid for the serviceman's visit. We had to pay for a plumber to reset the seal but so pleased we did not have to have the septic field pumped.

Technician arrived on time. He was very professional, likeable, and helpful.  While waiting for another technician to assist because the lids were very heavy, he helped me dig the other two lids (I didn't know there were 4 of them).  Both technicians had a cheerful attitude and worked very well together.  They answered all my questions, gave me some pointers on proper maintenance.  Pleasant experience for such an unpleasant task.

Advanced did a great job and gave me great advice on septic tank maintenance. Our tanks had some roots in them and Advanced recommended a specialist who was able to come out the same day and clear out tanks.

Cleared out my septic tank (I didnt even know where it was located) on an investment property I own in Elverta. Got there ahead of schedule, called me and kept in touch during the work, and then after it was done. Very nice staff, great experience!
