 + -1 moreHieu fixed the problem in about 15 minutes and spent another 30 minutes diagnosing other hard drive problems, and in cleaning up unnecessary files. Very efficient and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Repair Windows XP problem of computer suddenly not recognizing CD & DVD drives.
