Ace Pro Painting

Scott was called to give a bid to paint my house. He arrived on time, was very professional in his explanation of the entire process including details of what the estimates would be. I was very pleased on how closely he came to the actual final bill .. that told me that he knows what he's talking about and backs it up.
He was very meticulous on the details of painting the house and the trim. I didn't see any overspills, paintovers, bleeding or orangepeel type effects anywhere on the house or trim. He cleaned up all of the work areas and left it just like it was when he got there.I did not have any issues or complaints with the outcome and will definitely use his skills again and will refer anyone I come in contact with.

We bought our 1st home in March, a foreclosure that has been vacant for several months. Because we "stole" the house we were able to do some repairs and remodeling before we moved in. The 1st step was to paint the entire interior. After getting several bids we were referred to Ace Pro by a friend. Not only did Scott take the time answer all our questions and concerns he went out of his way to make sure we understood the process and was willing to work around and with the other contractors. Ace Pro's bid for the job was significantly (almost too good to be true) less than others and he seemed to genuinely care about and want the job. The work performed was nothing short of spectacular. He kept us informed of the progress each day and made sure we were happy as he went along. The only complaint I could come up with is Scott's a perfectionist (if that's a complaint) and re-did some of the work he wasn't happy with extending the original time a bit, but it made us happy because he'd rather do the work once right, than not be proud of the work at the end. Scott's helpers were great, efficient and pleasant to work with as well. They were were well informed of the projects details and worked great even when he was away. When they was done he walked the house with us and corrected a few very minor details on the spot, choosing to finish then and there, as opposed to "sending someone tomorrow". He wasn't satisfied until we were and believe me we're not easy to satisfy. His clean up was great and he no evidence he was ever there. We work for other building trades and having seen many houses his work (particularly his cut-in) was second to none. When we paint the exterior and finish building our garden shed we'll be calling Ace Pro to do the work without any hesitation.
