The crew did an excellent job restoring our living and dining room walls. They were meticulous matching the texturing and repainting. There was no hint the walls were ever damaged. Juan did an excellent job painting the walls. His attention to detail was very impressive. The crew also repaired concrete. After the work was completed, the crew made sure our home was cleaned to a high standard. Xpress is a very professional company, starting with the owner and ending with the employees.
Description of Work: Leo and his crew restored our home after water overflowed from a neighboring condo into ours. They replaced effected drywall, painted, textured drywall, and reassembled cabinetry.

They were great! They replaced damaged dry wall and painted. The guys were fast, clean and did a great job. The work done was after a water break that included: Dining room, kitchen, family room with bar and two hallways. And I have used them since.

They were very supportive with the disruption to my life and the agony of fixing a kitchen that had just had new granite and appliances installed. They took all my calls the first time and followed up on my concerns as they came up. I guess the best thing to say is I wouldn't hire anyone else!
Description of Work: Restored my water damaged kitchen, layed tile on whole first floor, reworked my fireplace, Sheetrock repair and paint.

I was out of town through all of this with my daughter visiting and taking pictures for me to monitor the progress. I called Anthony the project manager if I had any questions. He always picked up or called me right back. We also corresponded with emails and pictures. Any concern that I had was immediately addressed. Any problems were immediately fixed (wrong finish of paint, dust). I came home just at the end of the project. I found all the employees to be courteous, friendly and, most of all, honest. They know it's a trauma to you and are conscious of that.
Description of Work: Xpress Restoration put my kitchen, hall, laundry room and garage back together after my neighbor's hot water tank leaked into my unit. Of course I was out of town and had to hire someone to fix it after Service Masters completed the dry out. My daughter met with 2 companies and really liked the owner of Xpress Restoration, Leo Vazquez and the project manager, Anthony Lopez. They had to rebuild the bottom kitchen cabinets, replace insulation, Sheetrock, sparkle and paint. Since my condo was already a mess, I also added new tile flooring on the first level and trim. They also did work around my fireplace to bring it up to date and took out cabinets in the laundry room. These last were projects I was going to get to some day. They gave me a very fair price for the add-ons. Now it feels like a new place.
