the tech came out and was very prompt, professional, clean, and thorough. Really impressed with the work and would look forward to using them in the future. I had them come out for a new home inspection/cleaning and he gave me a part that my front cover needed. Wish more companies were this professional.

I had called and got an appointment after receiveing a rough preliminary over the phone bid, they came out to do the work. They were on time and very neat and tidy. They provided me with as much information as I asked them and more ideas about how to update the individual fireplaces. I was glad when they found a few issues that I had forgotten about they replaced a worn out old spark arrestor on the chimney and replaced a clean out grate door.
There was a need for one o the units to have a screen replaced and they were kind enough to order the part at a discounted price and came back with the part and with an offer to install it.
Their work brought our buildings up to code and compliance with the state. Thank YOu SO MUCH!
Liked their service so welll I am using them again this year for all my fireplaced units.
