TV Repair
Dee Dee, the owner, explained to me the service to be performed on the visit. They were prompt and efficient. They repaired my TV at my house and were extremely professional and courteous. Dee Dee gave me a quote over the phone when I gave her my model number on my TV, with a descriiption of the problem I was having with it. She also gave me a discount for being on Angie's list. The whole experience was very good and I would use them agian in a heartbeat!!!!

They kept me informed via telephone every couple of days, I've never before experienced a repair service of any kind that maintained such excellent communication with the customer. They were very proactive about keeping me updated. Even though the store paid for the repair, I wouldn't hesitate to use West Coast Audio Video again because of their customer service and professionalism.
