We were wrong. The Home Depot, once they collect the entire estimated amount, they sub-contracted with a company that is based in Temecula. The rep that came-out, a week after we made full payment to the Home Depot in Eastlake - Chula Vista, was very efficient and explained everything. He helped me better understand what an integrated sink was, things like that. In the end, the people that installed it were also very efficient and top notch. They made sure it was a high quality product. The administrator (the person in the middle) for the company, Sheila Mueller, was very little help. She took several days to return calls, she continued to call and confirm the order because they had misplaced the paperwork, and they had to postpone delivery because it was on backorder for six weeks. RIDICULOUS.

Home Depot was very professional and friendly. They gave me great advice on which hot water heated would suit my needs best. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful and when they arrived the job was done quickly, efficiently and neatly. My only complaint was the price was just a little higher than I would have liked.
