Teyo's Landscape Construction

We worked with a landscape designer to create our custom landscape design. When the design was complete, we started getting bids. Teyo's Landscape Construction came in at less than half of the construction firm recommended by our landscape designer, and significantly lower than other bids. We selected Teyo based on his excellent pricing and a positive reference from another client. His crew did a FANTASTIC job with the backyard. They showed up on time, or early, every day and made tremendous progress. In fact, they were ahead of schedule for most of the job -- turned out we were sometimes the holdup! The concrete Teyo's team poured is fantastic and blends right in with the existing pergola we had. They hand-built the BBQ and bar area, the fire pit and bench seating. They poured an amazingly smooth concrete countertop and bench seating surface that we had stained (by another contractor) which looks amazing. They installed rock facing on the bench supports and bar, which looks great. They built and planted multiple beds, replaced all the grass, ran irrigation and drainage - the works. Teyo is fantastic to work with. He understood our designer's vision and brought it to life in an amazingly affordable way. Teyo immediately fixed anything we weren't happy with, and actually improved on our design in some areas. The team was dependable, polite and hard working. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Teyo was on site almost every single day to oversee the various activities and make sure we were happy. He was also very open to us doing some of the work ourselves to save money. Our backyard is fantastic - just the entertainment center we were hoping for. Even though Teyo's crew was much smaller than the other bids we received, the quality of th work is outstanding! We highly recommend Teyo for any landscape construction project, no matter how big or small.
