They left cap off flush kit and disconnected a cooling hose when it was in for service. When we took it out on the water, it flooded everything and then it would barely run. Engine compartment filled with water, and water got inside the motor oil. We took it back and asked them to check spark plugs. They insist that WE took off the cap and disconnected the hose- it can't possibly be something they did. They spent 2 days tearing the motor apart and telling us we need a new rod coupler bearing or even a new motor. Either way it would be a couple thousand dollars, and they wanted us to sign an open work order to ID the problem (if they don't know what the problem is, how do they know they didn't cause it?). We took it to Fun Bike Center. A $7 spark plug and new clamp on the hose fixed the problem. In response to our BBB complaint, Mr. Proo said they never touched the flush cap, but I have letter from Kawasaki saying they were billed for the recall work. TOTAL LIARS- AVOID!!!!
