The service from Guillermo was outstanding. My time was limited because my investment property was in Chula Vista and I currently live in Northern California. Guillermo made my problem his 1st priority and rearrange his schedule to accommodate mine. The office folks was also outstanding, Rosie was very informative and helpful whenever I called. I fully recommend this company....and if you are fortunate enough to get Guillermo then you will receive the best service available.

Service Master was very professional from the very first phone call. They were prompt and efficient. Darwin in the mold Department was awesome! He was always on time and he made sure to give us a call an hour before he arrived to do any work. He was also very mindful that i had 2 small children and a newborn in my home, taking every safety precaution that he could to ensure that my family and himself was protected. Thank you for a job well done!

Description of Work: Servicemaster was extremely responsive. They detected a leak when 2 other professionals could not. Oscar was helpful, responsive and very professional. He did an outstanding job fixing our problem. I highly recommend this company!

WE THOUGHT THE BOOKS WERE LOST, CONTACTED THEM AND THEY WERE MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP US WITH THEIR IONIZATION CHAMBER AT NO COST AS A SERVICE.
Description of Work: OUR FRIEND'S HOUSE WAS BURNED DOWN AND WE COULD SALVAGE SOME BOOKS AND ONE TABLE. THEY IONIZED IT TO GET THE SMOKE SMELL OUT.
