I usually see Dr. Keith, the owner but then there's one other person that works with him. They're all good. They all know me. Their interaction with the animal is real good. They always tell me to come back at a certain time and they're always ready.

They're really good. I've been going there for 5 years. Their whole staff was totally customer service oriented. They are so helpful and even if it's a bad situation they are very nice. Dr. Helinski is just awesome. He's the best. Their prices are in line with most vet clinics. The staff is awesome.

They're wonderful. They are very in tune with the animals. When I take my dogs in, they're very relaxed. I've used them for boarding and grooming and I got exactly what I needed. The professionalism and the whole process is an A! They are typically done with their visit in a couple of hours.

I really like Rolling Hills Vet. At first I thought this bill was high. BUT, now that I list the services performed, including pain and infection preventing meds. I think it's a reasonable price to pay. I received 2 calls from them to inquire how Brownie was doing. When I had a question, the call was transferred to the person who cared for them.
I find the service excellent. They are busy, and still remain friendly. I have trouble walking and each time they offer to come to the car and get them.

The receptionists were unfriendly; the attending veterinarian (not the owner) was nice. I had been there many times before. They have a great, luxurious waiting room and building.
I was doubting if my dog needed a biopsy. The owner, veterinarian was rude and asked snappishly if
I was a veterinarian. Did I want my dog to die of cancer and/or lose his leg?
When I wanted to find out the result of the test, I was made to wait and call back. Maybe it was because it was negative.
My dog was made to suffer unnecessary. It was later determined that he had a hair-line fracture (at another vet) that could have been discovered if the doctor had taken a simple X-ray.
Maybe he needed to pay for his wonderful waiting room....maybe he wanted a procedure to show his students....I don't know if he has students. I will never go back. It shouldn't happen to a dog.
This clinic is overpriced and run by an arrogant, small minded doctor.

I have been there often. They are open until 7:00. They are open on Saturdays, and they are pretty flexible with changing appointment times.
