Mike has done 2 jobs for me. One was to replace my water heater with a new tankless one. The other was to replace 2 faucet sets in my bathroom. Here's what you should know: 1) You can trust him completely. He will tell you what he knows and what he does not. You can leave him in your house alone and know he won't steal or snoop on anything. You can expect him to give you a fair price. You can know that he will tell you the truth. 2) You can expect an excellent job. Mike is a smart person who knows enough to customize his solution to fit your needs. I had several constraints related to my HOA and he was able to tailor my solution to deal with those issues. He will also provide the good, bad and ugly of the options. 3) He is not married to one hot water heater distributer. He installs many brands and can tell you the pros and cons of them as they relate to your situation. I spent a lot of time educating myself about water heaters and interviewing different plumbers. Because of this, I can feel very confident saying that you will be in good hands if you choose Mike, AKA Primo Plumbing

Plumber was punctual and professional. Quality of work was top-notch. Think the price was a bit excessive, though. I found out later that the part installed is only around $70, and the work only took about half an hour, but the job cost $425.

I am pleased to say that Mr Michael Labbe was personable and efficient. He was a patient listener who offered useful advice. For everyone with plumbing needs, I highly recommend him.

Michael performed the work expertly and quickly. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and showed me why it needed to be done. He also shimmed the other toilet in the house, which had slight movement which would have caused a leak over time. I was extremely happy not only with his professionalism and quality of work, but also with his punctuality and reasonable price. I would definitely hire him again.

Mike was very helpful in suggesting ways to save money by explaining to me what could wait or be done more simply. I really appreciated that. The work he did was done fast and I have been pleased with the result.

Came over the day after I called him and was finished in less than 30 min. The shower drain was super clogged but he was thorough a s checked plumbing in both bathrooms. I'll be calling him again for any future plumbing needs.

The repairs were done within 20 minutes. Michael brought the new garbage disposal, did the install, and clean-up. He gave me tips on how-to maintain the unite, and checked my water pressure coming into my house, which was unexpected, but valuable. The pressure is a little high, which I wasn't aware of. For myself, that's going beyond the statement of repairs. Primo is on my list for plumbing issues. I could have used a cheaper coupon for Primo from Angie's List, but I wasn't sure what the install would cost from past plumbing experiences. So I planned for the worst. But the coupon I used was worth the cost, and I got an additional discount to 15%, from Primo's website on Angie's List.
