PERFECT FENCE COMPANY

It took about a week for them to decide to take on the job. They then declined to do it due to lack of personnel. However a few days later owner contacted me saying that they were ready to do the job if I was still interested. From that point on everything ran like clockwork. They come in this morning and were done around 1:00pm. Very professional. Wall looks great:)

Tomas did a wonderful job. He even did additional work without charging. He honors military too.

I was trying to get a quote for a perimeter fence around an acre and they never contacted me regarding my inquiry for a quote.

It went great. I can see why Tomas is so busy – he builds great fences at a reasonable price. He was punctual, responsive, and clearly knew his business. Quality cedar pickets, straight pressure-treated rails, and galvanized metal posts nicely dressed and hidden from view with wood. Plus he uses stainless screws; no crummy staples or nails to worry about backing out over time. His crew hauled the old fence away with no trace of it left behind. This fence is straight and solid, it's going nowhere and will undoubtedly last for years. My neighbors have now retained him and I'm going to get him to finish-off the rest of my fencing in short order. Very pleased.

Tomas arrived on time with two very professional co-workers. They were thorough and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I had been concerned because of comments on the list about his getting back to people and his punctuality, but he lived up to his name in both departments.  He obviously cares deeply about his work.

Based on A rating on Angie's list, I called the company to request a estimate for fence repair work at my home.  My call was met with an answering machine, and I left a message with my contact info and a brief description of the work.  About 2 days later I got a call back and at that time I scheduled an appointment for a visit to allow the company to collect data to provide an estimate.  
The appointed date and time came and went without so much as a call back.  I called at the time of the appointment and left a message on the same answering machine, then again an hour and a half later called and left another message.  Absolutely no response from them until 2 days later, when they called and said they were sorry but they had to go out of town unexpectedly and forgot to call to reschedule.
I will not use this company due to this very poor level of responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism.
My recommendation "Stay Away"

This company was very professional.  I received a prompt estimate.  The owner was even able to come a day earlier than expected.  Very happy with his service!

I called and left a message.  Didn't receive a response so I left a 2nd message.  Heard back and made an appointment for Mr. Perfecto to give me a bid.  I really felt comfortable with him and told him I would contact him in a couple days.  Unfortunately, I was unable to keep my promise (medical emergencies and doctor appointments).  I finally was able to call almost exactly a month after the bid and left a phone message again.  No response.  Left another phone message.  No response. Left another phone message.  No response.  All of this in about a 10 day period.  I was going to give up and try another fence company.  I was very disappointed because I felt comfortable with him.  I liked that he did his own work.  My husband left a message about 2 weeks after I gave up (he liked him too).  Still no response.  Perhaps something happened to him and he doesn't have anyone to follow-up his business needs.  I hope he's okay.  I am just upset that he didn't answer any of the 4 messages left for him.

I was very disappointed with Tomas Perfecto and the way he does not communicate with his potential customers. Unfortunately his beautiful name does not reflect his behavior. After I waited tree days to get an answer to my voice mail he came to see the job site. He spent about 30 minutes walking through our yard and looking at the fencing that needed to be replaced, then Tomas spent about 40 minutes telling us how good his work was and how much experience he had with fencing. Finally, we asked him to give us an estimate for a vinyl fence as soon as possible, because the recent storm had knocked down our old fence and trees and we needed a safety fence as quickly as possible. Unlike other contractors, who gave us an estimate either immediately or within two days, Tomas said that he would call us after the weekend, five days later with an estimate "Monday for sure, no later than Tuesday" (he has no email address.) Monday came and went, we waited for a call, but nothing. I called and left 2 voice mails but he didn't call back. Tuesday morning I called him again and left a specific message, telling him we were disappointed in his lack of communication and needed an answer by 10 or we would assume he was not interested. At 10:30 I called him one last time telling him that I would be hiring someone else since Tomas did not bother to communicate at all one way or another. Tomas may be very good at what he does but his lack of communication shows that he does not respect his customers.

Tomas Perfecto repaired two posts and three boards on our fence. I called multiple fence repair businesses in Angie's list and only two actually showed up to give me an estimate. A majority of the businesses claimed they had to replace the whole panels and posts, which came up to be beyond what I was expecting to pay. Tomas was one of the two that showed up and upon meeting him, my wife was impressed by his honesty and professionalism. He gave us a estimate that was a 1/3 of what the other business had quoted. Tomas repaired the fence within a timely manner and ensured that the whole fence was stable. He also repaired my gate, that was not part of the original estimate for free. Thank you Tomas for being a true professional and only repairing what was needed. It is so hard to find someone that is so trustworthy. I highly recommend Perfect Fence Company to anyone who needs a dependable fence repairman.

I'd call Alpine Fence again for a bid.

Tomas Perfecto came to our home within 24 hours of our contacting him.  He checked out our needs and immediately gave us a price.  After we decided to utilize his services, Tomas gave us a detailed bid, then cut down property line pepper trees and cemented in posts in 2 hours one day, replacing the cedar fencing in 2 hours the following day with a crew of three.  He definitely knows fences and did a beautiful job.  We're so glad Angie's List recommended him among their local fence companies and that we decided to contract with Perfect Fence Company.

Tomas delivers what he promises.  His work is Perfect, like the name on the company.  
He does quality work, shows up for estimates, and comes in at the price he quotes.
He had a $3,500 job, replacing a fence and a $350 small side job, both were given the same quality of work
I have used his company for 2 jobs now and he is on my preferred vendor's list.

We were in need of having a fence built with very little lead time before it needed to be done.  One day after calling them, Perfection Fence Company was on the job.  The fence was installed in one day.  The quality of the work was outstanding, including the fact that their construction method utilized screws in stead of nails.  The workmen and owner were very nice and extremely efficient.

I could not have been happier with the professionalism of this company.  The owner submitted the bid in a format that was easy to understand and clearly outlined the work to be performed and the cost.  I needed to have the work completed within a few days of receiving the bid and the owner arranged his schedule so he could start the job the day after the bid was accepted.  On the first day, the old chain link fence was removed, the new postholes were dug and the poles set in concrete.  On the second day the fence frame was constructed and the fence boards attached.  In addition, all cleanup and hauling away of the old fence was accomplished on the second day.  During the project, the owner was on site, working with the fence crew every day.  Having this kind of continuous oversight resulted a superior product, properly constructed and efficiently installed.

Thomas was on time for estimate. He was the lowest bidder out of 3. The job was started on time and completed when promised.

Originally I was looking to replace a wooden fence. I got 3 quotes and Tomas was the only honest enough to say that the majority of the wood fence was in good shape and asked if I'd be interested in merely reinforcing rather than replacing. I agreed since the cost was less than half of a new fence. He left several boards so that I could prop the fence to prevent it from falling. He returned in a week to complete work. Fence is straight and true. I found Tomas to be courteous and a hard worker. I'd use him again. I've had a neighbor get a quote for the same work and it was in line with what Tomas charged so I think his pricing is fair.

We got 5 estimates. I liked 3 of the contractors and picked Tomas Perfecto because his was the lowest bid (a mistake) and because he promised all the things the other contractors did and seemed very eager to please. Unfortunately, he did not keep most of his promises. There were long delays in getting the work done. One delay was our doing, as my husband had surgery. The fence should have been finished by that time but wasn't (only the posts had been put in), and I didn't want them working while my husband was in the hospital or when he was home recuperating. After we asked them to come back and finish, we got endless delays. Tomas had agreed to stain the fence before installing it but had problems getting the color right. He said Home Depot had given him the wrong color, and that his employees had applied it without his seeing it. There were many other excuses which I had good reason to doubt. The quality of the materials & work were not as promised. I am very unhappy with the fence.
