The quality has been flawless. It's been very quiet. The price was about 40% less than anybody else. It's $1000 dishwasher but we paid a lot less for it. When they delivered it, it was not damaged at all. It worked out pretty good.

The manager was very knowledgeable, very professional, and very helpful. I knew what I wanted when I went in. When I went in, they suggested that I have the installer do the measurements. He said that I could have a bigger oven. One of the reasons I went with Pacific Sales was I wanted it local. I was able to negotiate a price because it was not the newest on. They are stainless steel double oven, so I think that is why they were more expensive. It is a beautiful set-up. I was very pleased.
