Clock Repair
I did hear back from the company and change my March 2022 to say that it was responsive to my messages and did send me the additional parts I asked for. It turns out that the owner was out of town when I tried to reach him previously. I get that. They treated me courteously and professionally and made things right.

THE MAN CAME OUT OF HIS WAY TO WORK ON THE CLOCK. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID EXCELLENT WORK. HE REPAIRED THE CLOCK IN OUR HOME AND EXPLAINED TO US HOW TO KEEP IT IN GOOD REPAIR. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY FOR BOTH HIS PRODUCT AND THE SERVICE.
