That was very strange. I called and left a message and then quite while later, she returned my call, so we set up a time, and she came over. She was very nice and very knowledgeable. I was really happy with her. We worked for about an hour to a hour and a half and then we scheduled her to come back the following week and I never heard from her. I have called and I get the machine. That is why it is strange but what she did do was very good. She didn’t charge me anything. It was $50 at the time, and when it was time to leave, I said "do you want cash or check" and she said, "Catch me next time" and next time never happened. I can’t say anything bad. In fact, I had a great experience but I am sorry it stopped. It was very good, she was very informative, very patient and she had everything with her.

They seem very knowledgeable and are professional . They came to my house within a couple of hours of my call and had the computer fixed within an hour. I was impressed with their friendliness and how quickly they responded and fixed my computer.
