VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND FAST. THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT TO MY HOME WAS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. DAMAGED CABINET WAS QUICKLY TAKEN CARE OF BY THEIR CUSTOM CABINET DEPARTMENT.

INSTALLER DID NOT PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAILS. LEFT MAJOR SCRATCH IN CABINET AND TRIED TO COMPENSATE FOR CUTTING COUNTERTOP TOO SHORT AND FILLING IN WITH SILICONE. HOWEVER, THE RESPONSE FROM LOWE'S WAS OUTSTANDING. THEY HAVE REPLACED THE COUNTER THAT WAS SHORT AND THE CABINET WITHOUT QUESTION.
