Mr Lewis was supposed to use new light bulbs and new gaskets.  After he completed the work I paid him.  The lights worked for about 10 minutes each.  Then water got in and they stopped working. I called him and he sent someone out.  After the person left the lights worked for about 10 minutes. Then water got in and they stopped working.  I called Mr Lewis again.   He stated I needed to contact the person he has sent out to my house.  That person said he would not fix them unless I hired him to clean my pool every week.  After going back and forth with Mr. Lewis I finally took him to small claims court in Chula Vista and won a judgement against him.   He has yet to pay the court ordered judgement.  
I ended up fixing the pool lights myself.  It turns out Mr Lewis was using the wrong wattage bulbs and was also trying to reuse the old gaskets even though he charged me for new ones.
Very dishonorable.  STAY AWAY.
