Paid them 50% up front. They never finished the job. Excuse after excuse. Half a** workmanship. No response. They will leave you hanging. Take your business elsewhere

As bad as it could get. We paid these people on July 15 and they had to start work on July 27. They came in ahead of time and opened up the wall and exposed the fire place. And did not show up for 3 months after. Asked us numerous times to empty our kitchen and they would come, but they never showed up. They finally showed up in Oct and started to work on the kitchen. Were very sad about the financial stability and asked for more work. Basically, took more than they can handle. We gave them more work. We have a cut open closet in our living room. Its been a month since they have shown up again. They never completed the kitchen and now they say they are not coming back since they are busy. They have our money and have left our house in a mess.DONT USE THIS COMPANY

We have a contract that the job was to be completed on May 28th 2014, he started working in October 2013. They have taken some materials hostage and are no longer returning my calls. I threaten to take them to court and they showed up a few times for a few hours. The last time I spoke with them was on May 28th, he took another $225, which I paid because I want to get this over with.

We had a terrible experience with Kings Custom Wood Working. Gustavo Reyes came out to design a cabinet on 2/22/2014. We paid him $1050.00 up front - half his estimate. He said it would be ready on 3/7/2014.  However we never heard from him.  We made several attempts to contact them but no one ever called back. After emailing and threatening to file small claims Susana Reyes responded promising the install on April 13 however on the install date no one showed or called.  We called on the date of install but no one called back. 

I emailed Susana Reyes and she apologized indicating it would be there on April 27.  Day before installation my husband called and wanted verified they were coming.  He left a voice message but no on called.  The next day no one showed up to install or called back. 

I emailed Susana Reyes and insisted on a refund and Susana said the check was to be sent on 5/24 but no check was received. I emailed her again and she said 5/31 the check would be sent but still no check. I emailed Susana Reyes multiple times since then and there is no response.  Now Susana view more is no longer responding to our emails so we will be taking them to small claims.

We drove down to the address on this web site and they have been evicted and the phone number printed on the business receipt belongs to a home owner and said he gets calls over and over of customers searching for this company.

I suggest that you do not use Kings Custom Woodworking aka Kinds Woodworking company.
