Our expensive grandfather clock didn't work after 12 military moves around the world. For seven years it sat in the corner of our living room. I went online and read reviews on Yelp about King Jewelers. I disconnected the weights and the pendulum and brought in the inner workings of the clock to Dave who immediately repaired it and charged me only $20. When I got home and discovered that I didn't pay close attention as to how the chains and the weights were to be properly installed, I called Dave and he quickly walked me through exactly what to do. I was able to reassemble it and it now works perfectly! I don't know where one could ever find better professional, reasonable and quick clock repair. Dave has to be the very, very best!!!!

Excellent service. I will not go anywhere else. Mr. Rossi has done clock and watch repairs, and jewelry repairs and appraisals. I have purchased watches and jewelry here. Reliable, fair and very helpful.

Very good work. I'm completely satisfied with his efforts, even though the altimeter does not work. It's a complex watch and it is easier to buy a new one. However, it still works perfectly fine if I'm not climbing a mountain.

We've had batteries replaced in watches and rings resized and that sort of thing. They've always been more than good. They've been there for a long time and they are a very good company.

They did a really good job. It was an excellent work. They called me when they said they would to pick up my rings. They are trustworthy, they've been around forever. There are places that you don't want to take diamonds in to just anybody and leave them but they are a comfortable place to me. I recommend them to anybody that lives in the area.

It was a great experience at King Jewelers. My rings were sizes and polished. The service was outstanding. I have more jewelry that I will take to them. They've been around for a long time and I felt comfortable leaving my precious rings with them. You can't even tell that the rings were made bigger. Great job.

All the other places I called could not size my ring for 3-10 days. King Jewelers told me to come right in, and when I did, they fixed my ring within 1 hour. I went to lunch while they worked, they adjusted it when I returned, they were very personable, and I left feeling that I had really been cared for. They are amazing! While I was there, customers that had used them for 20 years told me that they trusted them, and they knew if they left a diamond with them, it would not get stolen! Wow!

WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE WHEN BRINGING OUR CLOCKS IN FOR MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR. IN ADDITION, MY WIFE HAS FOUND SEVERAL VERY INTERESTING AND 'OLD' CLOCKS FOR HER COLLECTION. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY NICE AND THOROUGH IN PROVIDING THEIR SERVICE! WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN WITH ANY CLOCK OR JEWELRY REPAIR!
