Joe Del Real was our inspector, hands down the most professional and honest inspector we’ve ever hired. He does not cut corners. He’s thorough and does not finish his job until he feels 100% about his inspection. Well worth the cost for a quality inspector and inspection.

Very efficient and on time. The whole process was very easy. During the inspection he was very thorough and took his time checking every nook and cranny of the house. He even used a drone to check the roof. Will most definitely recommend and will use him whenever I can! Thank you, Joe
