+ -1 moreThe prices are okay. It's not the prices, it's can you find what you want and does it apply to your house. It's difficult to find knowledgeable people there. They may not have what you need or want. I was trying to find a simple thing like a lightbulb that was a CFL and they didn't even have them in stock. It was a little disappointing. I think they could be better, a lot better.
Description of Work: I use Home Depot.

+ -1 moreThey have a wide variety of products and are consumer oriented, respectful, and polite. I would recommend this one stop shop to anyone because there you can save time and ask all the questions you want about pricing and quality. The installation was free!

THIS PARTICULAR HOME DEPOT STORE PROVIDED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SAVED ME A TOTAL OF $225.00 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
Description of Work: PURCHASE OF MAYTAG WASHER & DRYER IN JUNE 2004. TURNED OUT TO BE A LITTLE COMPLICATED DUE TO VOUCHER INCENTIVE AND REDUCED PRICE AFTER THE PURCHASE WAS MADE. DELIVERY WAS SCHEDULED RIGHT AWAY. EXCELLENT PRODUCT.
