Contractor was very busy, but kept in touch and notified me early about one or rwo short delays. Once begun, the work was completed quickly.

Mr. Hastings completed the appraisal and work without the need of me being there, which was very helpful due to work needs and nobody living in the house at the time because of all the repairs being done to the house before we moved-in. The reflashed the house within a week, cleaned-up and hauled away the old flashing. If you are unaware, flashing are like metal flaps that protect your roof and house because the offer a barrier between the chimney and roof so water does not find it's way through your roof where the roof and chimney connect.
