Freddy, Jimmy, Fernando, and the tall, slender fellow who drove the "big" truck carrying the "big" kitchen slab did an outstanding job. I was a nervous wreck when I saw how big and heavy the kitchen slab was but the guys took great care with it while unloading and transporting it to the kitchen. I was impressed with how they checked before unloading it that it was fabricated correctly. It was! Julio had done a great job measuring with his laser machine. It was not a straightforward shape but rather had some difficult cutouts. It was a challenge to get it in place because of its shape and weight but they did a great job. I was impressed with their skill and determination. Thanks guys!

March 2009 was the second time my wife and I used this company. We are Mission Hills homeowners and I feel that Julio has treated us as "second-class citizens" despite the fact that we were probably his first customer in 2002. We used his services for our granite countertops in our N. Mission Hills home in 2002 and the result was ordinary at best - in fact, there were obvious mistakes which were unseen and/or overlooked during the install. In 2009, I decided to give Julio another chance and prepaid for the materials but decided not to proceed with the entire install ..for my own reasons. I telephoned Julio to inform him of my decision and he became hostile on the telephone. In July of this year (2010), I called Julio again to request an estimate for a different property and he no-showed to the appointment
