The experience was a nightmare and something that I'm continuing to deal with in conjunction with the Contractor's Licensing Board. To make a very long story short, the concrete installed is cracked in at least 16 different places and was not installed to industry standard for proper drainage. When the concrete is rained on or washed, it puddles in several different areas. Also, the company was contracted to install colored concrete and installed stained concrete instead. These complaints were all verified by an unbias industry expert hired by the Contractor's Licensing Board.
