Furniture - Custom Made
Work was late, and not made according to detailed scaled drawings. Tom takes liberties with the designs. Crown molding was caulked with non-paintable caulking, so we are unable to touch-up sloppy caulking. Installers walked on my granite kitchen counters, in their shoes. Home-office was constructed so far off from drawings, that it had to be taken back to his shop and re-built (which he did do). However, three months after installation, it is still missing a major piece of trim. We have called him repeatedly, and he has yet to provide us with the missing trim piece. the piece eventually did arrive. During installation, our travertine floors were badly chipped in several places. Only a minimal effort was made to clean up, using our vacuum. Our home was left a mess and the built-ins were covered in dust. I will never use this company again!!!!
