Original estimate was $3950. Douglas arranged the work schedule to meet our requirements. When the agreed-upon tiles were removed, it was discovered that an adjacent section of tiles also needed to be replaced, and we agreed on the additional cost. Various plumbing and electrical problems arose and were resolved. The workers were polite and professional and cleaned up every evening. At final walk-through, we noticed the new fan did not appear to be vented properly to the outside, and this has been now been taken care of, along with several other details. We are very happy with the finished job.
