 + -1 moreThey had to order the tire. I had to initiate a lot of the communication. I didn't know when the tire would be ready. That was my only issue.
Description of Work: They replaced one of my tires that had been damaged.

 + -1 moreI UTILIZE COSTCO TO TAKE CARE OF ALL MY CAR'S TIRE NEEDS. THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE, THE WORK IS DONE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, AND THEIR WORK IS ALWAYS GUARANTEED.
Description of Work: TWO OF THE TIRES ON MY 1996 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE WERE GOING BALD AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE TIRE CENTER REPLACED THE TWO FRONT TIRES BY ROTATING THE TWO FROM THE BACK, FORWARD TO THE FRONT. THEY THEN REPLACED THE TWO BACK TIRES AS WELL. ALL TIRES WERE MOUNTED AND BALANCED.

 + -1 moreI ROUTINELY PURCHASE NEW TIRES AT COSTCO. THEIR MEMBER PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE AND THE SERVICE IS PROMPT. THEY ALSO HAVE AN ALMOST UNBEATABLE WARRANTY PROGRAM, REPLACING TIRES IN MANY SITUATIONS.
Description of Work: I RECENTLY PURCHASED TWO MICHELIN TIRES FOR MY 1996 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. COSTCO REMOVED THE OLD TIRES AND INSTALLED, BALANCED, & ROTATED THE NEW TIRES.

 + -1 moreIT TOOK NINE WEEKS FOR THE DRAPES TO COME IN AND THEY WERE THE WRONG SIZE! THEY PROMISED ME A REFUND BUT THAT TOOK 4 MONTHS TO RECEIVE! I'D NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
