I was please with the service. I took about an hour and a half because they were busy that day. So far the tires have been great with no problems.

They had to order the tire. I had to initiate a lot of the communication. I didn't know when the tire would be ready. That was my only issue.

I ROUTINELY PURCHASE NEW TIRES AT COSTCO. THEIR MEMBER PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE AND THE SERVICE IS PROMPT. THEY ALSO HAVE AN ALMOST UNBEATABLE WARRANTY PROGRAM, REPLACING TIRES IN MANY SITUATIONS.

IT TOOK NINE WEEKS FOR THE DRAPES TO COME IN AND THEY WERE THE WRONG SIZE! THEY PROMISED ME A REFUND BUT THAT TOOK 4 MONTHS TO RECEIVE! I'D NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
