I am entering this comment today because I erroneously commented on the wrong company (Clear View - but not Clear View of Eastlake) after my scheduled appointment last year.
I want to be clear that scheduling an appointment with Clear View of Eastlake is risky - and frustrating, as evidenced by the many other and quot;Fand quot; evaluations they have received. Ricardo is an unreliable fellow. Last year I scheduled an appointment with few complications - however - when he and his crew arrived Ricardo looked the job over and said they had to return to Chula Vista for ladders. THEY NEVER RETURNED!! I called the office twice that day and never received a call back!!! They apparently do good work when they do show up - but buyer beware!!

It went great. Owner is hands on and brought 2 other men with him, so the entire house was done in less than an hour. The windows look great. They showed attention to detail, including wearing booties when they were inside. Very professional.

He did awesome! I called him again this year (2014). Took him over a week to return my call, but okay.. Said he would be out on Monday to clean my windows. He never showed up. He never called to cancel. And I haven't heard from him. It has been over a month. Too bad, because he was great. I just don't want to waste my time with a business who can't even make a phone call to let me know he isn't coming. Don't use this guy. I'm so disappointed.

Scheduled to clean my windows in Eastlake on 12/7/2011 at 2:00PM. They were a No Show. Tried calling their phone number, had to leave a message. Sent an email and received no response. I had used their services once before and was pleased but on this occasion, was very disappointed.

It was excellent. They did a really good job. There wasn't any problem. They were very nice.

Eastlake initially provided good service. The quality and price was good. However, they have either cancelled or failed to show up at least 3 times and I will not use them again. They are no longer reliable.

They were wonderful! Friendly, polite, efficient. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them highly!

Those guys were great. I'm going to use them again. They were just four guys and the were done quickly and there was perfect windows. They were exactly there the time that they said.

NO SHOW. NO CALL.
I contacted Clear View of Eastlake and scheduled an appointment with Ricardo Bartlett to clean my windows. The appointment was scheduled for Wednesday 10/16. On Tuesday, Ricardo called to confirm the appointment for the following day. When he called to confirm the appointment he had the wrong address. I gave him my address again and repeated it to make sure he had it down correctly. The appointment was scheduled for 1:30.
At 2:00, Ricardo had not arrived nor had he called to say he was running late so I called him and got voice mail. I left a message saying I was his 1:30 appointment and just checking in and to please call.
At 3:30, Ricardo still had not arrived nor had he called so I called him again and got voice mail. I left a second message saying I was his 1:30 appointment and to please call.
It is now Monday the following week and Ricardo still has not returned my phone calls.
I can understand if something happens that causes a provider to run late. But to not show at all and to not call in this day and age when everyone has a cell phone? There is no excuse for not calling. And there is especially no excuse for not returning calls. This is as unprofessional as it gets and there is a pattern.
I saw on Angie's List other reviews from April, June, July and October that said Ricardo never showed up for the appointment but there were other reviews that said he did a good job so due to the low price, and against my better judgment, I decided to schedule the appointment.
PLEASE listen to these reviewers and do not waste your time with Ricardo. He is not a professional. He will schedule the appointment, confirm the appointment and then not show and not call. If you take a day off work for his appointment, he will cost you money by his not showing up.
Look at the reviews for Lovely Windows By The Lads. For my house, she is only $55 more than Ricardo and well worth it. You get what you pay for. Don't be fooled by the occasional good review for Clear View. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

After rescheduling the appointment twice (due to a death in the family), the provider never turned up on the agreed day of service. I never heard from him again. However, in fairness, I was very close to the expiration of the coupon when I set up the appointment (although I was told that he would honor it). I felt uncomfortable with the whole situation so decided not to pursue it - I've put off writing this review because, honestly, I still don't really understand what happened.
I've given low scores because I would expect to be informed if someone can't make it to an appointment - or at least have some kind of follow up. I am now rather cautious with Angie's List Deals - not that the problem is with Angie's List (which is great), but the volume of work a coupon creates creates a risk of demand a provider simply can't deliver.

They did a really good job, there was one incident, where they had put a ladder up against a gutter, and slightly damaged it. Otherwise, they did a good job. They did the initial cleaning a couple of years ago, and then they came back to clean the outside. The initial job was to clean the inside and outside screens and they did a good job. We had purchased a big deal, and we had paid a little extra, because we had a few more windows. We chose them because of the big deal. I hadn't noticed the dent in the gutter, and it was my husband who noticed.

No problems what so ever. Friendly and punctual.

The provider showed up promptly as he said he would cleaned all the screens and windows made no messes and was gone in appproximately a half hour. He did a thorough job and I would use him again.

They did a good job on my place. The windows were the cleanest I think I've ever seen them. Biggest issues were the fact that cancelled on me 3 times before I actually got the service done. I had three separate appointments and all were made in advance. The first two times the guy claimed he was sick (like a month apart) and the final time he had to cancel due to the fact that it was scheduled to rain that day (although it never did).
I would most likely use them again as they were clean, courteous and professional. The downside was that it took so long to actually get an appointment that wasn't cancelled by them (especially as I have a full time job and had to coordinate me being able to leave to let them in). I also noticed that they didn't do a great job with moving my blinds (2 ended up having an issue) and two screens would not function as they did before the guys removed them. I don't know if I can blame them for these things as I am not positive everything was perfect before they touched it but there were blind pulls tangled and screens not sliding well. Hopefully those things can be fixed. The work itself was good though.
