Then on our most recent job that we sent him out to do, we had requested that he break down the invoice for us by the different jobs. He refused to do so and threatened to put a lien on the property if we don't pay him by the next day. All over a minor invoicing request! I have the emails to prove it! I requested it again saying that we won't pay without the invoice breakdown and he proceeded to cuss me out and threaten physical violence over the phone. I was flabbergasted and concerned that we had been sending a very mentally unstable person to do our work for us.
Long story short, I will never use this person again for any jobs. I recommend that you stay away from him as well for your own good and possibly for your own safety.
