They had a fast turnaround, were friendly, clean and tidy, said what they were going to do, gave me a time line and stuck to it, they walked me through instructions on how to use the keypad, the keypad unit and the app. I had a pleasant experience but I thought they were a little pricy since they were $110 higher than Home Depot but since they had a much faster turnaround I decided to go with Butler I would recommend them to others with that disclaimer because they offered me more value Itâ s not always about cost
