Alex was very friendly and professional. He repaired an irrigation control valve, installed a water pressure regulator, and a new hose bib. I choose him because he made me feel very comfortable and gave me the best quote. Iâ  d hire him again and strongly recommend his services.

Alex responded as soon as he had an opening, understood the problem quickly, explained so I could understand what was wrong and repaired quickly.

Had a water supply failure on a 25+ year old system. Alex, from Ames Landscaping, responded to our request promptly and within a few days was back to do the repair. The water supply to the risers had a break under the footing wall of a short planter slump block wall. Alex carefully removed the overhanging concrete and repaired the break, along with rebuilding the sprinkler manifold. He finished the job in a timely fashion and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. I'm considering using this service to de-thatch the lawn this winter. I was very pleased with their service.

He called promptly, we set a time, and he showed up as promised. He quickly diagnosed my (minor) problem and fixed it. When we tested the system, we found another spot that needed repair & he also fixed that with no added charge. He also showed me how I could do these minor repairs on my own, which I appreciate.

He was professional and conscientious. THIS IS AN UPDATED REVIEW.. The first time he came out, he did a great job and came when scheduled. After completion of this job, he was to come back for a smaller one. He never came back or called. I called him and he stated he forgot and was on another. The 2nd job never got done. I am very disappointed that he never called to cancel the 2nd job.
